VTech io, Inc. Privacy Policy

This policy governs the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal data for customers, suppliers, and website users. "Personal Data" means information pertaining to specific individuals, or by which specific individuals can be identified, including name, identification number, address, or other personal characteristics. Aggregated and anonymous data are excluded.
VTech io commits to collecting only relevant personal data and maintaining its accuracy. The company treats data confidentially with internal controls preventing unauthorized access. Data is used only for compatible purposes and shared with third parties only when necessary for business operations and under written privacy agreements.
Online registration requires name, company, country, email, and job type. This information is used to enhance the user experience, including tailored promotional offers with consent.
Data is also collected through online ordering (name, address, payment details), literature requests and software downloads, surveys, polls, and contests, and through email communications and cookies.
Users can modify or delete their profile information through "My Profile" or by contacting support. To opt out of emails, send your name and address to never@vtechio.com.
Personal data is protected by appropriate technology, policies, and procedures designed to prevent unauthorized use, access, disclosure, modification, copying, or destruction. VTech io transfers data to third parties only when required and with confidentiality protections in place.
International transfers occur only when adequate protection exists or specific conditions are met, including user consent or contractual safeguards.
