Chris McDaniel
Chris McDaniel

Chris has over 30 years of leadership experience in government, non-profit, and private industry. Chris has an MBA from Liberty University.

In private industry, Chris served in website development and maintenance. As a non-profit executive, he oversaw all IT functions including network management / administration, systems analysis, web, database administration, server administration, computer and auxiliary operations. He launched multiple online learning initiatives and e-tools used by customers worldwide. Chris also served in economic development and college faculty providing IT skills and equipment to low income families. He also helped launch a business incubator and recruited IT firms to relocate and provide jobs that diversified a struggling economy.

He serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserves as a Program Manager and served active duty for 6.5 years. His service allowed him to lead initiatives such as the Y2K Program Manager for the F-16 aircraft, support Presidential secure telecom, field command, communications and control systems. Chris also launched an Air Force Best Practice online learning site used by over 1,000 bases worldwide.

Alex Charwin
Alex Charwin

Alex is a sales professional with six years of Technology Sales Experience.

Alex has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a Second B.S Degree in Advertising & Public Relations from Florida Southern College.

Alex began his career in a sales analytics role with ConAgra foods, but quickly transitioned to the Technology Field to pursue his career goals of continued education and growth.

In his current assignment as a Regional Account Executive for vTECH io, Alex started a brand new territory in north FL where he quickly established relationships to help bridge the business to technology gap that many IT professionals deal with every day.

Some fun facts about Alex are that he has a background in competitive speaking, loves theater, and hopes one day to have a pet French Bulldog named Pierre.

Jon Vandertill
Jon Vandertill

Jon has over 38 years of experience as a Sales and Marketing professional in the Information Technology industry.

Jon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Jon began his career with IBM in Detroit, Michigan and over the course of 30 years, gained broad business perspective through roles in Sales and Sales Management, Business Development, Finance and Planning and as an Industry Specialist focused on the Healthcare Industry.

After retiring from IBM, Jon continued his focus on Healthcare by joining a new business unit within Dell dedicated to the storage and secure protection of clinical information.

In his current assignment as a Regional Account Executive for vTECH io, Jon is back to his roots in the role he values most – creating long-term relationships with his customers and engaging skilled resources to deliver IT solutions to address critical business needs.

Dan Beeman
Dan Beeman

Dan has a background in customer service management and public speaking. He has competed in national public speaking competitions and served in multiple student org leadership roles.

As an account executive for vTECH io, he is skilled in building relationships and resolving problems for teams in need. In his few years with us, he has worked within healthcare, commercial, and public verticals gaining insight into the dynamic issues faced by these teams.

Dan is passionate about the public sector and the unique constraints they face from both a budget and staffing perspective. He enjoys helping these teams utilize their current resources to accomplish more.

Kevin Kaufman
Kevin Kaufman

Kevin’s current role as Regional Account Executive for vTECH io for Central and South Florida came from hard work and drive as he grew as a professional from working as an Inside Account Manager.

Started his professional career at the Golf Channel working for GolfNow, where he then took his talents to Tesla for Solar Panel Sales.

His true ownership of our Core Values including Transparency and Passion allows him to build relationships by being an extension of their team and genuinely caring.

Kevin always had a passion for sales, beginning at a young age when he was selling chips in grade school till now working with Public and Commercial accounts selling Data Centers and Cyber Security.

Ron Mattice
Ron Mattice

Ron is a technology sales professional with over 30 years of industry experience in both sales and management of Data Center, Telephony, Security & Video solutions.

His knowledge and vision of the technical industry has led him to many successful solutions and projects with his clients.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida.

Ron’s current role is with vTECH io as a Regional Account Executive where he collaborates closely with clients and industry experts to ensure personalized & successful solutions to his clients in helping them achieve their IT and Business Objectives.

On a personal level, Ron has a passion for music and enjoys sharing his passion playing his saxophone at church and with his jazz & concert community bands.

Randy Chancey

With over two decades of experience in the dynamic landscape of technology solutions, Randy is a seasoned professional dedicated to driving business growth and fostering lasting client relationships. For the past 18 years, Randy has been an integral part of the Dell Technologies team, playing pivotal roles as a Senior Corporate Account Executive and Channel Partner Account Manager, where he specialized in delivering comprehensive technology solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses across diverse industries.

Now at vTECH io, Randy specializes in providing end-to-end technology solutions, ensuring seamless digital transformation for businesses. His track record of fostering strong client relationships speaks to his dedication to delivering results. Randy’s passion for technology and dedication to client satisfaction makes him the ideal partner for navigating your digital transformation journey.

Megan Hicks
Megan Hicks

Megan Hicks is a distinguished sales professional at vTECH io, known for her tenacity, innovation, and deep client

understanding. Based in Atlanta, her career highlights include a successful seven-year tenure at Dell, where she quickly advanced to Regional Account Executive, consistently building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding results.

Her reputation in the tech sales industry led to a direct recruitment by vTECH io’s CEO. Megan is committed to understanding clients’ challenges and building long-term partnerships founded on trust and reliability. She excels in advocating for robust ransomware protection, ensuring business resilience against cyber threats.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her family and an active lifestyle. Her professional skills and personal values exemplify vTECH io’s commitment to excellence and customer-centric solutions.
